By accessing and browsing the Site, the visitor accepts the following stipulations without any reservations: The Site is the exclusive property of Urban Factory which is the sole party authorized to use the intellectual property, personality and related rights; particularly for trademarks, models, copyrights and image rights as the original holder or through express authorization. The use of all or part of the Site, particularly through downloads, reproduction, transmission or representation for any purpose other than personal and private non-commercial use is strictly prohibited. Urban Factory makes its best efforts to ensure the information disseminated on the Site is accurate and up-to-date; however, it reserves the right to correct the content at any time without advance notice. In any case, Urban Factory cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision and exhaustiveness of the information made available on the Site.
As a result, Urban Factory hereby waives all liability for any inaccuracy, imprecision or omission in the information available on the Site, for any damages resulting from third-party intrusion which leads to a modification of the information made available on the Site and, more generally, for any direct or indirect damage, irrespective of the causes, origins, nature and consequences, due to access to the Site or the impossibility of accessing as well as the use of the Site and/or credibility granted to any information that comes directly or indirectly from it.

General Sales Conditions
We take the utmost care in the manufacture of our products and, therefore, we can guarantee many of them for life. If your product shows any type of anomaly despite all of our attention, feel free to enforce the warranty by sending us the defective product along with dated proof of purchase to the following address:

The product will be exchanged and a new one will be sent to you within 3 weeks of it being received at our premises. This deadline is provided for guidance only subject to the availability of the specific reference.
SECURE PAYMENTS
In order to ensure safe payments by bank card, the Buyer must send Urban Factory the card verification value (CVV) on the back of the bank card used by the Buyer.
As part of efforts to fight Internet fraud, the information relating to the Buyer’s Order may be sent to any third party allowed by law or designated by Urban Factory for the sole purpose of verifying the Buyer’s identity, the validity of the Order, the payment method used and expected delivery.
USE OF VISA/MASTERCARD
The Buyer hereby guarantees to Urban Factory that they have the necessary authorization to use the payment method associated with their order upon saving the Order.
BANK CARDS
The following bank cards are accepted on the Urban Factory Site: Carte Bleue, Visa, American Express and Mastercard. These payment cards must be issued by a bank or financial institution located within the European Union or Monaco.
All Orders are payable in euros, inclusive of all mandatory taxes and duties. Any bank fees are payable by the Buyer (including fees for reimbursement).
Moreover, Urban Factory hereby reserves the right to suspend or cancel any Order and/or delivery, irrespective of the nature and level of execution, for non-payment or partial payment of any sum due by the Buyer, when there is any payment incident or in the event of fraud or attempted fraud relating to the use of the Urban Factory Site including in relation to prior Orders.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
You will receive your package within a maximum of 4-5 days. Preparation takes a maximum of two business days depending on the availability of the reference ordered. The standard delivery method is Colissimo with tracking but no signature required (average delivery time observed: 48 hours). If you would like your order delivered with a signature required, an additional fee will be charged. Please contact us. Irrespective of the delivery method chosen, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible to track the delivery of your package online.
The delivery fee includes packing, handling and post. There may be a fixed portion and a variable portion based on the price or weight of your order. We recommend grouping your purchases in a single order. We cannot group two different orders and you must pay the shipping fees for each of them. Your package is shipped at your risk; however, careful attention is paid to packages containing fragile products. Packages are oversized and protected.
If you are not satisfied with the product purchased, you may withdraw within 14 days as provided for by law. You may send the product back to us at your cost in a tracked package within this period. (We are not liable for any packages you send untracked which are not received). Reimbursement is made by cheque.
